Employee Value Proposition

An effective Employee Value Proposition (EVP) puts its employees first. There is value in the organizations' commitment vis a vis its products or client as it does not flinch on its commitment to its people.

It is imperative that the organization understands the intrinsic value of its offering to its people. This is possible only when the organization perceive the value the employee places on what is offered. A sound EVP engages the workforce to believe in what the organization offers to the community at large. This is because what the organization does (its business) and what it offers (offering to the customer) goes hand in hand and is visible to its internal stakeholder. If the employee believes in what the organization does the employee accepts the EVP as well. The organization conducts itself so.
