There is a dogged determination in showcasing ‘value’ to their customer and establishes norms for substantiating it. Leadership ensures crystal clear clarity to its workforce and its external stakeholder/s.

c) LEVERAGING THE INTERNAL RESOURCES - Truly world class organizations exemplify a persistent indulgence in nurturing its most important resource – its people and also its systems. An indiscreet way of cementing this is by way of developing their people for long term career plan and taking full ownership of the agenda. And by way of implementing suitable systems, it buttresses an environment in which their people can perform to the optimum.

d) VALUE SYSTEM – while leading life in the organization is relevant, how it is lived out is a result of the paramount importance placed in it by the apex team. Gargantuan efforts are placed in determining the ‘values’ and its efficacy. It is showing a commitment to sticking to norms uncompromised on any pretext. In essence, it is esteeming the organization more than anything else. It is believing in preserving the heritage and guarding the legacy. In a world, ambient with opportunities and new age entities entering the fray with breakthrough technology providing impetus to economies and avenues galore. Leadership must take on the mantle of directing in the current environment and beyond.
